Innaloo Travellators Replacement Works

Upgrade of an existing lobby entrance including existing travellator removal and reinstatement of new. Works included demolition, hoardings, structural steel, aluminium and glazing, tiling and stone, wall and ceiling linings, roof and wall cladding, management of service Contractors including lift, hydraulic, mechanical, fire and electrical and all associated finishing works. Works also included the defit and refit of Coffee Club retail tenancy.
